Buffalo Chicken Burger

Chicken breast fillet... thinly slice 1 into 2 if very thick then make 3 slices.

Wrap each piece in the cling film and flatten it with a rolling pin.

For marination:

Salt: 1 tsp or according to taste

Balck pepper powder: 1tsp

Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tsp

White vineagr: 1 tbsp

Soya sauce: 1 tbsp

Woostershire sauce: 1tbsp

Marinate chicken fillet with all these ingredients and leave for 30 minutes.

For Coating:


Take 1 egg, add 1 tbsp of flour/maida,,1tbsp of corn flour, 1 pinch of salt, 3 tbsp of water mix these thing well to make a better of medium thickness.

Take 1 cup fresh bread crumbs add 2 pinches of salt,1-2 pinches of black pepper powder and 1/2 tspof chicken powder( ididnot add this)

Method for fillets:

Coat fillet first by dipping in egg mix and then coat ver well in bread crumbs mixtute and then deep fry in hot oil on medium heat. Fry until golden and crisp.

For buffalo sauce:

I used ready made sauce of frankis buffalo sauce, but if you want to prepeare at home here is the method:

1/2 cup chilli garlic sauce

3 tbsp of ketchup

2 tbsp of white vinegar

2 tbspoftomatoe paste

Cook all these things until well combined and nicely thick.

For Ranch Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream or very thick/greek style yougart

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 pinch dried thyme

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley/coriander leaves


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until completely mixed. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.


Butter both sides of buns and toast.

Now hold chicken in tongs or in your hands and dip into Buffalo sauce nicely. every part of chcicken piece must be covered with sauce nicely.After dipping put it in the burger immediately dont leave it otherwise the chicken will be soggy not crispy.

Place an iceberg leaf then put chicken on it, pour a big table spoon of Ranch dressing.

Cover with other piece of bun.
